Unlike liquid finishes that use solvents and contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs), our powder formulations contain no solvents and generate no VOCs. Our powder coating gives you the same durability as vinyl laminates but without polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pollution.

Our MDF is 100% recycled and Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI)-certified. All of our products meet the January 2009 California Air Resources Board (CARB) limit of ≤ 0.21 ppm urea-formaldehyde emissions.

The UV-curing process takes just seconds, resulting in an incredibly fast 20-minute turn-around from unfinished MDF to finished components. This processing efficiency means 40-60% less energy consumption compared to alternative finish approaches.

All of the materials that go into our products are toxic-free and biodegradable. We recycle any residual powder into plastics and polymer manufacturing. Our scrap MDF is recycled into mulch and gardening matter.
