While looks are important, we know they’re not everything.  Your projects have to work hard too. 

You need cut-outs and through-holes for assembly and for cords to pass through.  Our seamless, 360° finish covers complex shapes just as easily as flat surfaces, eliminating the need to worry about how to handle edges or openings.

Ultraviolet (UV) light causes an instant cure, reconfiguring the molecular structure of the powder and creating a cross-linked polymer bond that withstands high-traffic use and frequent cleanings better than conventional coatings. That’s why so many retailers and medical equipment manufacturers rely on us for components.

Being green doesn’t have to cost more.  Our finishes use no solvents so they’re naturally VOC-free.  And there’s no need to worry about the PVC issues associated with vinyl laminates. 

We build all of our components from 100% recycled content MDF that’s certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI). 

Plus all of our MDF complies with the California Air Resource Board’s (CARB’s) new emissions limits and all components we finish will be shipped with the necessary chain-of-custody information you’ll need since the regulation became effective January 1, 2009. 

Because our raw materials and process are inherently green and energy efficient, there’s no additional “green premium” tacked on.
