Who is DVUV? DVUV, LLC is the innovator in UV-cured powder coating for MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) wood and other heat sensitive substrates. DVUV combines advanced powder coating chemistry and UV curing processes with over three decades of experience in finishing wood and MDF to delivery innovative finishes. Our brand of powder — UVMax® UV-cured powder coating opens a whole new world of design possibilities that deliver brilliant and durable finishes that flow smoothly over contoured shapes, edges and three dimensional surfaces. We make finished parts to order, providing turn-key production from initial drawings to finished parts. Once you give us drawings and finish specifications, we work with our network of MDF mills and CNC machining companies to source materials and finish them in our state of the art UV powder coating facility. Our Customers Each customer and project is different but we bring the same quality commitment to every single job. We understand the realities of budget pressures and tight schedules and we can’t be successful unless our customers are successful. Manufacturing We’ve invested millions of dollars and countless hours of research and development to operate the most advanced powder coating and UV curing facility. Our state of the art finishing facility at our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio is extremely accurate, highly efficient and cost effective.
