DVUV combines advanced powder coating chemistry and UV curing processes with over three decades of experience in finishing wood and MDF to delivery innovative finishes. Our brand of powder — UVMax® UV-cured powder coating opens a whole new world of design possibilities that deliver brilliant and durable finishes that flow smoothly over contoured shapes, edges and three dimensional surfaces. We make finished parts to order, providing turn-key production from initial drawings to finished parts. Once you give us drawings and finish specifications, we work with our network of MDF mills and CNC machining companies to source materials and finish them in our state of the art UV powder coating facility. Our state of the art finishing facility at our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio is extremely accurate, highly efficient and cost effective.
