DVUV, LLC is the innovator in UV-cured powder coating for MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) wood.
DVUV combines advanced powder coating chemistry and UV curing processes with over three decades of experience in finishing MDF.
Our brand— UVMax® UV-cured powder coating opens a new world of design possibilities, delivering brilliant and durable finishes that flow smoothly over contoured shapes, edges and three dimensional surfaces.
What We Do
We make finished parts to order, providing turn-key production from initial drawings to finished parts. Once you give us drawings and finish specifications, we work with our network of MDF mills and CNC machining companies to source materials and finish them in our UV powder coating facility.
